Founder & Owner

Hi there! I’m Kimari, the founder and owner of Sprinkled with Love LLC. An at-home bakeshop brings you custom desserts for your every need.

I have previously been in the bakery industry roughly 15 years prior with the majority of that time spent in the cupcake and pastry field. After many years of schooling, getting married, and having my second child, I decided to continue my love for creating delicious custom desserts out of my kitchen. Since I’ve always had a strong art background, it only made sense to combine it with baking.

I believe anything can be a canvas and would love nothing more than to be able to provide that extra something special for your biggest life events!

What is needed to place an order?

Please fill out and complete the inquiry form as detailed as possible.
A 50% retainer secures your event date. It is required and is not refundable.
The remaining amount is due 3 days before your scheduled pickup time.
All last-minute orders MUST be paid in full if there is availability to secure your spot and a 25% rush fee of the total cake price will be added on

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

I request orders be placed at least two weeks in advance. I am only able to accept a limited number of orders each week, so spots fill up quickly.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver! There is a $25 delivery fee for deliveries in the Avon area.

Please inquire for deliveries outside of the designated Avon area as they are quoted differently. All tiered cakes and wedding cakes REQUIRE delivery.

The cost of delivery includes transportation and setup. Pick-up is free of charge and can be coordinated for a specific time on collection day. Once collected, we are no longer responsible for any damages while in transit or during setup.

Do you offer fondant cakes?

At Sprinkled with Love, we specialize in Swiss Meringue Buttercream-covered cakes only. This delicious silky smooth recipe is slightly sweet and pairs perfectly with our cakes.

Can you make exactly what is in the picture provided?

Although we do accept inspirational pictures, Sprinkled with Love does not duplicate another cake artist's work. All of our cakes are custom to each customer's wants and individuality adding Sprinkled with Love’s special touch of creativity.

What are add-ons?

Design Add-Ons include flowers, metallic accents, chocolate sweets, macaroons, candy, toppers, palm spears, chocolate sail, rice paper sail, isomalt design, monogram/writing, edible images.

Can you accommodate any dietary restrictions?

At this time, we are unable to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Thank you for your understanding.

How long do your cakes last?

As our cakes are covered in swiss meringue buttercream, the cakes need to be stored in the refrigerator until your event begins. It can then be placed on display and come to room temperature. Ideally, give the cake 1 to 2 hours to come to room temperature before you wish to serve. Cakes taste better at room temperature. Leftovers should be wrapped tightly with plastic wrap and placed in an airtight container, to be consumed within a week.

How long will my cookies stay fresh?

Each cookie is individually bagged and heat sealed. This keeps cookies fresh for up to 2 weeks. I recommend you keep them heat-sealed, at room temperature, until you are ready to serve them. Do not place them in the refrigerator, as condensation may develop and ruin the icing detail.

However, they may be placed in an air-tight container and frozen for up to two months, if you wish. When thawing, remove them from the freezer the night before your event and let them thaw overnight. It is important to leave them inside the air-tight container until completely thawed.

How do I properly care for my cake?

Cakes and cupcakes are best eaten at room temp. Take out of refrigerator 1-2 hours before consumption
Drive with your cake on the passenger floor
Warmer months have the AC on before you arrive

Sprinkled with Love is a bakery with customized treats such as cookies, cakes, and cupcakes, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. In regulation with Indiana Cottage Food laws, these products are made in a home kitchen not subject to licensing or inspection. May contain allergens including wheat, nuts, dairy, and eggs.
